Are you looking for a fun new spot to hang out with friends and coworkers?  Would you like to find a creative work space that’s more inspiring than your run-of-the-mill coffee shop?  We’ve found an amazing local gathering space that has it all, right here in the heart of Northwest Arkansas.  On this episode of Naturally NWA, we’re taking you inside The Holler, Bentonville’s coolest place to chill, work or play a game of shuffleboard while enjoying awesome eats and drinks.

The Holler was created as a place that would capture the energy and optimism of Bentonville’s diverse community, offering locals a unique atmosphere where they can come and gather for any occasion.  While The Holler’s main attraction is its in-ground shuffleboard court, it’s not the only draw: service manager Jordan Fairbanks gave us an inside look at everything this restaurant has to offer.  With a variety of seating options and a full menu of tasty bites and delicious drinks, there’s something to suit every local’s taste.

One of the first stops Jordan makes when he comes in to The Holler is the coffee bar: staffed with the NWA’s best baristas, amazing coffee is churned out all day long to fuel each guest that walks in.  From classic drip coffees, espresso and cold brew to The Holler’s Lemon Vanilla Bean or Matcha Lattes, every soothing sip is sure to satisfy.  Coming out hot from the kitchen is an amazing selection of burgers and upgraded bar food, with veggie options and lighter fare to accommodate every appetite.  Not to be missed is The Holler’s bar, featuring some of the best beer in Northwest Arkansas, both bottled and on tap.  Draft cocktails keep the parties going all night, with operating hours until 1:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Let’s talk about shuffleboard: it’s not just for seniors on cruise ships anymore, and The Holler does a great job at introducing patrons to this fun and challenging game.  With its origins dating back to England, shuffleboard came to America with the British colonies and has evolved and grown ever since.  Though the peak of its popularity surged in the 1950s, its revival has been slowly and steadily growing through the US.  It’s a game of skill that can be played by all ages and abilities, sparking excitement, entertainment and a dose of healthy competition between the teams.  The Holler has created a space to keep this game alive and introduce it to the next generation.  Leagues play on Wednesday nights, with no experience required to join, and a leader board keeps track of wins and eliminations.  It’s a super popular attraction and is just one of the features that makes The Holler so unique.

Inspired by the abundant wilderness surrounding Bentonville, you won’t be able to miss the wildlife mural on the walls as you make your way into The Holler.  Celebrating everything that the community stands for, this local hangout really feels like a home away from home.  Don’t wait to come down and check it out!
